Yes! At the end of the month, we send a monthly analytic update with the progress your account has seen and also a strategic plan for the next month. 

Results vary from account to account. Lots of factors go into how your account performs. Some of these factors include: how many new pins you put out, if you have boards that are already performing well, and content that is being put on Pinterest. Some clients see immediate results while others see a steady increase over time. One thing is for sure, our team is dedicated to you seeing success on Pinterest and surpassing your goals.

On occasion, we will cross promote content ONLY if it is relevant to your niche. We only do this so that every client can see an added boost on some of their top-performing pins.

Yes, we will let you know if a pin is doing well and if we recommend that we put an additional pin in the rotation to see even more traffic. When it is time to start making and pinning holiday content we tell you that too! We make your life on Pinterest easy so you don’t have to stress about it!

Yes, you will need a Tailwind plan for all our packages, except our live pinning plans. The base plan will do as long as it meets your needs and goals for Pinterest. If you need help setting up Tailwind, we can help you get started!

Yes, you can upgrade your plan or downgrade at anytime. If you need help choosing the plan that is right for you our knowledgeable team can help you find the plan that best meets your needs, budget, and goals.

Yes, we can help you with all your promoted pins and stories for you for an additional fee. Please reach out to your Pinterest specialist for additional details!

Payments are due on the 1st of each month. If you need extra pins, just let us know and we can get those made for you.

For the most part, we follow an 85/15 ratio when pinning. This allows us to pin 15% of other trending content to give your account a boost as well as schedule content out of the tribes. We only schedule other content that fits your account and niche.

No, we do not make you sign a three month contract. We always recommend that if you commit to working with us you give it at least 3 months. This gives us the proper time to learn your account and try different strategies on it because every account is different.

Should you decide to cancel your service please do so by emailing us. We do require a 30 day cancelation notice for your account.
